By submitting an online bid I understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

​BIDDING:

*I consent to my first name & last initial being used in online auction proceedings, including social media posts.

 

*I understand that photos and descriptions are to be used as a guide only and that viewing of items in person before bidding is recommended (VIEWING: Saturday 23rd September 2025 9am-12pm).​

 

*· I understand that, when placing a bid, I have entered into a legal agreement to purchase said item/s and that I possess the necessary funds to make purchase of said item/s in full at the conclusion of sale.

 

*I understand that, once a bid has been placed, that there is no course for this bid to be rescinded. All bids placed are considered to be an agreement to purchase. Change of mind or withdrawal of bids will not be accepted. Full payment  (incl. buyers premium) on winning bids must be paid.

*I understand that any bids placed after 10:30am on the closing day (Mon 1st Sep 2025) will extend the auction close time by an additional 30 minutes. For example, a bid placed at 10:44am will see the auction close time extended to 11:30am. Should another bid be placed at 11:25am the auction close time extends to 11:55am and so forth.

PAYMENT:​

*I understand that a 5% buyers premium will be added to the sale price.

*I understand that I will be notified if I am the successful bidder and that full payment (incl. buyers premium) must be made within 48 hours of the conclusion of auction via bank transfer.

COLLECTION:

*I understand that I will be provided with the sellers contact details by Sherwood Auctions Statewide. I am therefore responsible for attending the assigned collection day/time (Saturday 6th September 2025  9am-12pm).

​

*I understand that items that are not collected by Friday 12th September 2025 will be considered forfeited and refunds will not be given.

​

* Sherwood Auctions Statewide is not in physical possession of these items and is therefore not liable for any damage to or loss of items.

​

*I understand that purchased items must be collected in-person and postage is unavailable.

​

*Sherwood Auctions Statewide is not responsible for delivery and/or storage of items.
